From a humble market stall in Teluk Intan to Malaysia's trusted name in premium Halal meats — every cut we sell carries the weight of over 90 years of dedication.
TPL Fresh Meats traces its roots to the 1920s, when the late Mr. TS Pichai Pillai set up shop at Pasar Besar Teluk Intan, Perak. What began as a single stall was built not just on commerce, but on a deeply held conviction that people deserve the very best on their plates.
His son, Mr. TP Loganathan Pillai — whose initials give the business its name — carried that conviction forward with vision and vigour. Under his stewardship, the business expanded its reach, deepened its supplier relationships, and earned a reputation that spread well beyond Perak.
Today, TPL Fresh Meats is a modern, Halal-certified meat processor and retailer operating across Selangor, Perak, and Penang. We import premium cuts from Australia and New Zealand, process them to exacting standards in our own facilities, and deliver them — fresh or frozen — to thousands of households, restaurants, and catering kitchens across Malaysia.
The name may have grown, but our values haven't changed. Every piece of meat that leaves our store carries a promise: quality you can taste, standards you can trust.
